Technical Infrastructure and Operations Policy 01FP - 10:

1. Blockchain Selection & Maintenance:

The Association shall operate on the [chosen blockchain platform]. The platform's merits and specifications shall be periodically reviewed to ensure it continues to serve the Association's purposes effectively.
Upgrades, hard forks, or migrations shall be decided upon consultation with the Core Council and, when necessary, the broader community.
2. Token Development & Distribution:

Association Coins and NFTs will be developed adhering to the highest industry standards. Their smart contract code will be open to periodic audits to ensure security and functionality.
Token distribution to Core Council members or the community will adhere to predefined rules and schedules. Any unscheduled distributions will require a consensus from the Core Council.
3. Smart Contract Protocols:

All smart contracts deployed by The Association will undergo rigorous testing and third-party auditing before being executed on the main network.
Updates or modifications to existing smart contracts will be deliberated by the Core Council and implemented only after thorough vetting.
4. Security Protocols:

The Association will implement best-in-class security measures to prevent unauthorized access, hacks, and breaches.
Regular security audits will be conducted, and vulnerability reports from the community will be encouraged and rewarded.
In the event of a security breach, immediate measures will be taken to mitigate damage, and affected parties will be notified at the earliest.
5. Data Storage & Privacy:

While The Association values the transparency of the blockchain, it will respect the privacy rights of its members. Personal data off-chain will be stored securely, and access will be restricted.
Members will be informed of the kind of data being stored and will have rights to view, modify, or request deletion of their personal data, in line with global privacy regulations.
6. Interoperability & Integration:

The Association's blockchain infrastructure will prioritize interoperability, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, chains, or platforms when needed.
Partnerships or collaborations with other platforms will consider the ease of integration as a key criterion.
